At Clothing Store for Women, we want you to love every piece you purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the box.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
